Design & MOQ

What is Yon Tai's quality standard?

Each product goes through quality control ensuring that it meets our high standard of quality and finish.

What's your minimum order (MOQ)?

* For new designs we require a minimum of 200pcs for the initial order.

* For existing designs we require a minimum order of 24pcs

Can I add custom logo to the products?

We can produce orders with a minimum of 100pcs with your designated logo.

Does Yon Tai have a design catalog?

We have an online catalog for our collections as see above. You may also download the PDF file here. If you have an item or custom design that you can’t find, kindly contact us at yontai2021@gmail.com.

Pricing & Payment

What are the Custom Order Prices?

Yon Tai’s Custom Order Prices are based on quantity per item. We can provide a general price guideline for your reference. Email us at yontai2021@gmail.com

Does price include packing & shipping?

Yon Tai’s Custom Order prices do not include packing and shipping. If you require, we can make an estimate for the packing and shipping expenses once all the quantities and items are specified for the order. Payment for packing and shipping will be based on the actual expense (not the estimate).

How do I confirm my Custom Order?

Yon Tai requires a 75% deposit to start production of the order and balance prior to dispatch. For local orders, we use SGD.

What are the payment methods?

Cash or Bank Transfer via PayNow. An invoice will be issued upon order.
